Friends of Settimane Musicali di Stresa

Friends can be any entity interested in supporting the Festival, be they Italian or foreign private individuals, associations, foundations, companies or boards. Become a Friend through a simple application and the payment of an annual sum, as defined by the Festival Board. Friends do not assume any other economic responsibility. Friends convene an assembly at least once a year and deliberate on the matters the Board submits to the assembly for approval.
Friends have the privilege of attending all of the Associazione's programmed events and join several benefits which are yearly indicated by the Associazione.

Volunteers

Every year many  volunteers work enthusiastically to help the Festival staff.
To be a Festival volunteer means to give assistance wherever needed.

Youth

The Festival wishes to foster the experience of classical music for youth. This means increasing numbers of young people participating to the concerts. The Festival periodically organizes meetings in schools and institutes.

Solidarity

The Festival includes in its concert programmes fund-raising initiatives whose proceeds are donated to charity. In 2001 a project for "Telethon" was promoted and in 2002 one for Unicef.
